Xiaomi During The Launch Of Mi Air Purifier 2, Has Launched & Introduced His Most Awaited "Mi Band 2" FitNess Band/Mobile Accessories Today! 21st Sep 2016,

The Xiaomi's Mi Band 2 Comes With Buch of  improvements  Like: The All-new Oled screen And the much-requested heart rate sensor.
To recall, the original Mi Band was launched back in April 2015 and was priced at Rs. 999 in India. The Mi Band 2 was initially launched in June in China.

The  Mi Band 2, similar to other existing wearable devices in the market, focused on the user's health by helping track fitness and sleep patterns.

The biggest additions to the new Mi Band 2 is the 0.42-inch Oled display which shows Date-Time, Steps, And A Heart Rate Count among others. Another notable addition is the PPG (photoplethysmography) sensor as a heart rate monitor.

The new Mi Band 2 Is Powered By A 70mAh battery which the company claims up to 20 days of standby time. The "Mi Band 1" which featured no display had a battery life of up to 30 days.

Just like the "Mi Band 1", the new band vibrates to alert users about incoming calls, alarms, and notifications. The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 will be compatible with devices running Android 4.4 and above as well as iOS 7.0 and above.

Xiaomi Today(30 Aug,2016) launched His New Smart Watch "AmazFiT" in China, the much-anticipated first smartwatch from the company. Made in collaboration with partner Huami, the Xiaomi Amazfit smartwatch has been priced at CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 8,100) and will be available to purchase in the country from Wednesday.

The Xiaomi Amazfit is claimed by the company to be the world's first smartwatch with a 28nm GPS sensor. The smartwatch is also dust and water resistant with IP67 certification. It sports a ceramic bezel, which is said to be scratch resistant, while the smartwatch comes with a 22nm band that is user replaceable.

The Amazfit bears a 1.34-inch circular display with a 300x300 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.2GHz processor that's coupled with 512MB of RAM. Coming with 4GB of storage, the smartwatch also features a heart rate sensor on the rear panel with continuous tracking. The company has also partnered with Alibaba to offer mobile payment support for the AliPay service.

Xiaomi says the Amazfit will work with any Android device that supports the MiFit app and has it installed.



The Chinese company announced the Amazfit is powered by a 200mAh battery that's rated to deliver up to 5 days of battery life. With GPS enabled, this figure drops to 30 hours, and while using just the pedometer function, the battery is said to last 11.6 days.

Tuesday's China launch of the Xiaomi Amazfit smartwatch was first reported by PhoneRadar.

While we've mentioned above the Xiaomi Amazfit is the company's first smartwatch, that's not technically correct - the company launched a kid-focused smartwatch back in May.

The New Redmi Note-series handset will be available in two variants: 2GB of RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage model priced at CNY 899 (approximately Rs. 9,000), and a 3GB of RAM and 64GB storage model priced at CNY 1,199 (approximately Rs. 12,000). Both the variants will go on sale initially in China from August 26 and will be available via the company's online store, Mi.com.

The biggest highlight of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is its metal build. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display and sports a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 coupled with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. Both the 2GB and 3GB RAM models support expandable storage via microSD card (up to 128GB).

The Redmi Note 4 runs the company's latest MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It supports hybrid SIM slot which means users can go with a combination of either dual-SIM cards or one Micro-SIM and one microSD card. It comes with fingerprint scanner which is placed on the back panel right below the primary camera and dual-tone LED flash.

It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and f/2.0 aperture. There is a 5-megapixel front camera on board as well which Xiaomi claims can click 85-degree wide angle shots. The rear camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.

Apart from the fingerprint scanner, the Redmi Note 4 also sports an infrared sensor. Connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB, and Glonass. It measures 151x76x8.35mm and weighs 175 grams. The Redmi Note 4 is backed by a 4100mAh battery. The handset will be available in Gold, Grey, and Silver colours.

Update: A previous version of this article incorrectly mentioned the inclusion of a USB Type-C port, based on the company listing. The company has since corrected the listing, and clarified the inclusion of a Micro-USB port.

The Step by Step Guide To install Google Play Store & Google Play Services on Xiaomi Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime.

Step 1: Download the Google Installer APK file from you PC. Click here to download Google Installer

Step 2: Connect your device to your PC and copy the APK into device internal storage.

Step 3: Disconnect the device from PC and locate the APK file. An easy way to locate the APK file is “File Explorer->APK’s->Google Installer.apk”.

Step 4: Tap on the APK to start installing. Follow the onscreen instruction to complete the whole process. Just click on “Ok” button. Do not click on the “Launch” button during installation. See the figures below.

Step 5: Accept all terms and condition and finally enter your login credential. Make sure you have a working internet connection.

Two upcoming devices listed on China’s regulatory agency TENAA’s website. The suspected devices are supposed to be Xiaomi Redmi 4 & Redmi Note 4.

The TENNA listing revealed the key specs of these devices. Although the picture of the devices is not published.  Earlier it was rumoured that Xiaomi is going to host product launch event on August 25 & The Expected Price Is Approx Rs.7000. This listing just in time to lend some credence to the rumour.

TENNA listing suggests, Xiaomi Redmi 4 will sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1080. The device will be powered by 1.8GHz processor which is to be the MediaTek Helio P10 chipset.

It’ll also feature a 13MP rear and 5MP front camera with 3GB RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. Other considerable specs are Android 6.0 Marshmallow and 4,000mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will sport a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1080p. The device will be powered by Helio X20 chipset along with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage and a higher version with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

Xiaomi Launch the RedMi Pro, Featuring a 5.5" Full HD OLED display, the Key highlight of the phone is the dual camera setup at the back, with a main 13MP camera (Sony IMX 258) augmented by a 5MP secondary camera that adds depth information. The additional camera is joined by a depth of field image processor.

Xiaomi's RedMi Pro MediaTek Helio X20 SoC is A Beast offering Deca-Core (10 cores) in three clusters. There are two high-performance Cortex A72 cores clocked at 2.5GHz, joined by four Cortex A53 cores at 2.0GHz, and four additional Cortex A53 cores at 1.5GHz. Other specs on offer include 4GB of RAM, 128GB storage, 5MP camera at the front, dual-SIM, LTE with VoLTE, and a 4050mAh battery. The phone joins the Mi 5 in offering a fingerprint sensor at the front and USB-C connectivity.

Xiaomi Redmi Pro Price & Availability: The Redmi Pro will be available from ¥1,499, which comes out to the equivalent of Rs15000. That's for the base model with a Helio X20 SoC, 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage. The Helio X25 model with 3GB of RAM and 64GB storage will set customers back ¥1,699 (Approx. Rs.17000), and the high-end variant with Helio X25, 4GB of RAM and 128GB flash storage will debut for ¥1,999 (Approx Rs.20000).

Xiaomi Announced its long rumoured entry into the PC category, with its first laptop - the Mi Notebook Air - featuring an all metal body.
The Chinese company launched two models, a 12.5-inch display variant priced at CNY 3,499 (Approx. Rs. 35,300), and a 13.3-inch variant priced at CNY 4,999 (Approx. Rs. 51,400).

Xiaomi's Mi Notebook Air Comes with a 13.3-inch Full-HD  display , with a 5.59mm-thick bezel. Xiaomi says despite the same display size.
Comes With Windows 10 Home, The laptop weighs is 1.28kg

The 13.3-inch Mi Notebook Air is powered by a sixth generation Intel Core i5 processor, coupled with Nvidia GeForce 940MX GPU with 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 256GB PCIe SSD. A second slot for an SSD drive is provided. Xiaomi is claiming a 9.5 hour battery life, with the battery said to charge 50 percent in 30 mins.

As for the 12.5-inch Mi Notebook Air, it's said to be 12.9mm thin, and weigh in at 1.07kg, which is 13.1mm In thickness,Comes With Full-HD display, it is powered by an Intel Core M3 processor with 4GB of RAM, and a 128GB SATA SSD alongside a second SSD slot. An 11.5-hour battery life is claimed.

The laptops will be available in Silver and Gold colour variants. Users can also personalise their Mi Notebook Air laptops with official sticker accessories for the hood. Accessories include a Leather Sleeve (CNY 299 or Approx. Rs. 3,000), PU Leather Sleeve (CNY 99 or Approx. Rs. 1,000), Microfiber Sleeve (CNY 69 or Approx. Rs. 700).
